This diet is called “Lightening diet”, it completely eliminates carbs, keeping all the essential nutrients in your diet. It is excellent for people with skin or digestive problems.
The Lightening diet focuses on liming the salt intake to minimum and drinking lots of water. Replace salt with spices and herbs in your salad or meal. Cumin and pepper are a good choice because they are healthy and have incredible flavor.

Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 120gr meat, 1 apple, 1 cookie
Lunch: 1 tomato, 200 gr steamed fish, 1 cookie.
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, ½ kg steamed vegetables (beans, potatoes, carrots, cabbage)
During the weekends you can ear normally, without overdoing it, reduce intake of salt and avoid alcohol and processed food.
Continue with the regime for 3 weeks in a row, the results will amaze you. If you want to lose more weight, take a short break after the 3 weeks, then repeat the process. When you get to the desired weight, continue with a healthy lifestyle. To maintain the ideal weight, you can eat this menu once a week (always the same day):
For breakfast: 2 glasses of lemon water
