From the lobules, the milk goes through a network of small tubes called ducts, which come together into larger ducts, and exit the skin through the nipple. The dark skin around the nipple is called areola.

The connective tissue and the ligaments support the breasts and give its shape, and the nerves provide sensation. Breasts are also consisted of lymph vessels and nodes, as well as blood vessels.

Wearing a small bra

You may think wearing a size or two smaller bra is sexy, but this can cause serious discomfort and damage the breasts.

Running without a bra

You may feel free not wearing a bra while you run, but this can damage the connective tissue in the breasts.


Some people love nipple pinching during sex, but this practice can have serious consequences to the breasts.

Nipple piercing

This can be very dangerous and cause severe pneumonia as well.

Clutching chest

Rough punching or harsh treatment in some way can easily cause damages to the breasts.

Removing warts

The nipple area can contain hair, and most women remove them regularly. But of the practice of hair removal from the nipples can make the hair thicker and more visible. Plus, you risk serious inflammations.
