1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon raw honey
½ teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 crushed green cardamom pod (optional)
1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
Preparation goes like this: heat the milk and add cardamom and cinnamon, after that, add turmeric, pepper, honey and coconut oil and stir constantly. Heat the mixture until steaming but not boiling. At the end, you should strain the cinnamon and cardamom and the mixture is ready. Be aware that not all ingredients are soluble, so you should stir occasionally while drinking.
