Stretch marks are a result of fast weight gain of weight loss, due to irregular and unbalanced diet or pregnancy.
They are a type of scars, cracked skin tissue which gets bloated and then pops up. In the beginning, the stretch marks are red, and after some time they start to change their shade. When they become white, they are visible on light. If not treated in time, it gets harder and harder to treat them.
In pregnant women, they usually appear after the seventh month, on the tights and the midriff, the breasts and on the rear.
Dermatologists say that stretch imprints are genetic, so you need to stay alert for these areas which are most commonly affected. If your skin is prone to stretch marks, you can use some creams which will prevent their formation or help you get rid of them.
People between the age of 20 and 30 should pay closer attention to stretch marks, not matter if they are pregnant or not. Regular use of lotions and moisturizers is advised, to keep the skin saturates and solid.

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. of Aloe Vera gel (20 gr)
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil (25 gr)
- 1 tbsp. of wheat germ (10 gr)
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Massage the cream on the affected areas, with circular movements.
- Let it act for at least 15 minutes.
- After this, remove the cream with a cloth soaked in warm water.
