The market is offering all sorts of creams and serums for reducing wrinkles or removing dark spots. Some of them work, but they are all filled with chemicals which are harmful for our health.
These conditions can be treated in more natural way, using parsley. This herb is very rich in vitamins in minerals which are beneficial for skin health and beauty.
The essential nutrients from parsley have regenerating and brightening effects on the skin, and they can treat redness, irritation and swelling. Parsley is also great for refreshing and whitening the skin, protecting it from wrinkles and removing blackheads and acne.
Here is a recipe which will clean and clear your skin; you will need:
- 2 tbsp. of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml of water
Preparation: Cook the parsley leaves for 15 minutes at low heat, then remove the pot from the heat and let the liquid cool down. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or ACV, transfer the liquid in a glass bottle and store it in the fridge. It can stay refrigerated for 5-6 days.
Usage: Drinking this liquid 2 times a day can clear the skin and narrow down the pores, and remove freckles and dark spots. Your skin will be clean in less than a month.
Eyes: The same lotion can be used for removing dark under eye circles and redness, just skin the lemon juice. Soak a cotton pads in the liquid, apply them on the eyes and let them act for 5 minutes. Repeat this 2 times a day. Soon you will notice positive results.
