Recipe for creamy cauliflower dip

For preparation of the dip you will need:

  • 1 steamed cauliflower head
  • 2 tbsp. of tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • Dash of garlic and onion powder, cumin, paprika and turmeric.


  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor to get a smooth texture
