- 1 cup of organic kefir, or low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. of oatmeal

- 5-7 fresh plums
This breakfast should be prepared the night before.
First, cover the plums with 100 ml of boiling water, then cover the bowl and leave them soak for 10 minutes. In other bowl, mix the oatmeal, flaxseeds and the cocoa powder. Pour the kefir over the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
Add the soaked plums, chopped into small pieces or blended into puree.
