Having a healthy diet is crucial for our health, so if you ever notice that you’re tired, or have dark circles, or dry skin, be sure that your body is full with toxins!
These toxins must be expelled from the body as soon as possible, in order to feel more energized!
For that we have a detoxification plan that will only last 48 hours, and you could do it over the weekend, when you’re more free to restore your energy.
So the following weekend should be the one you improve your 5 vital organs: the liver, the kidneys, the lungs, the intestines and the lymph.
In order to purify your body, you will consume low fat food, potatoes, meat, and plenty of liquids! However, you can do this many times in the year, and I’m sure you’ll love it!
Here is how it should go:
- Each morning you should drink 250ml warm water on empty stomach.
- Your Saturday menu should look like this:
Breakfast: cup of oat flakes with a tbsp. of linseed, 250ml plain water or green tea, 200ml diet yogurt or almond milk, half a cup of grained blueberries, or another fruit.
Lunch: 250gr. of grilled hake, two cups salad, Swiss chard with olive oil and potatoes, a smaller banana and a slice of melon
Dinner: little integral pastry, 150gr. of tuna grilled in a foil or on a barbecue, ½ cup steamed vegetable, 2 cups salad with lemon juice and olive oil, and 250ml plain water or anise tea.
Breakfast: 200ml. almond milk or diet yogurt, cup of oat flakes with a spoon of linseed, pear and green tea
Snack: One grapefruit
Lunch: vegetable soup from beans, potato, carrot, onions, celery, pepper; 200gr. of grilled chicken breasts, 150gr. of pickle, and 250ml plain water.
Dinner: A little integral pastry, beet and carrot salad, with some lemon juice and nettle tea.
