Diet Plan Recommended By Nutritionists: How To Lose 15 Kg in 15 Days

This weekly meal plan is designed by nutritionists to help people with digestion problems, skin infections or obese people to lose up to 15 kilograms in 15 days. This healthy diet regime will cleans your skin and help you reduce fat absorption.

Dinner: 125 grams of beef, 1 orange, 1 piece of toasts and a cup of tea or coffee without sugar

 

4. Thursday:

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toasts and a cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Lunch: 125 grams of low-fat cheese, 1 tomato and a piece of toast

Dinner: 125 grams of beef, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple and a piece of toast

 

5. Friday:

1 orange, 2 toasts and a cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat or fish with 1 tomato and a piece of toast

Dinner: 500 grams of cooked vegetables, 1 egg and a piece of toast

During the weekend, you can use as usual.

Important rules:

  • Don`t consume alcohol
  • Eat the food cold or hot, it makes no difference, just follow the schedule
  • You can lose 2,5-5 pounds in 5 days
  • After 5 days, you can eat as you usually do, just be moderate. After a 2-day break, repeat the diet for two more times, or 15 days in total.
