THE CHINESE CLOCK THAT WILL TELL YOU WHICH OF YOUR ORGANS IS NOT WORKING WELL

The Chinese biological clock is an ancient wisdom that shows the intervals at which the energy circulates through our body. Every two hours a days, a particular organ in our body is the strongest of them all, so that way you can recognize if you have any problems. In those two hours, the functions of that organ are the best, and if there’s a problem, the symptoms will be the strongest then.

The first thing a doctor of Chinese medicine asks his patient is which part of the day the symptoms of any disorder or disease appear. Therefore, the doctor will know which part of the body has a problem, because of the energy that circulates hard there, or there is too much energy which is also not good.

It is very good if you monitor the biological clock, and write the time of the day the problems appear, such as fatigue, pain and more symptoms.

Also, it’s very good to note the time when you have the most energy, and even when you wake up at night, because that could also indicate problems with a certain body part.

Here is how the clock goes:

  • 1am to 3am – liver
  • 3am to 5 m – lungs
  • 5am to 7am – colon
  • 7am to 9am – stomach
  • 9am to 11am – spleen, pancreas
  • 11am to 1pm – heart
  • 1pm to 3pm – small intestine
  • 3pm to 5pm – bladder
  • 5pm to 7pm – kidneys
  • 7pm to 9pm – cardiac layer
  • 9pm to 11pm – duodenum (thermoregulation)
  • 11pm to 1am – gallbladder

These are the maximum functions. And the minimal functions or rest are:

  • 1am to 3am – small intestine
  • 3am to 5am – bladder
  • 5am to 7am – kidney disease
  • 7am to 9am – the heart layer
  • 9am to 11am – duodenum
  • 11am to 1pm – gallbladder
  • 1pm to 3pm – liver
  • 3pm to 5pm – lungs
  • 5pm to 7pm – colon
  • 7pm to 9pm – stomach
  • 9pm to 11pm –spleen, pancreas
  • 11pm to 1am – heart

It’s important to know that when one meridian organ has the highest energy level the opposite organ has the lowest energy level. Basically, it means that if you eat late at night, the small intestine is not able to absorb the food properly.

So, avoid doing certain things when the organ included in that activity is at its lowest energy level. On the other hand, when the organ has its maximum activity, all functions are accelerated.

If there are diseases or excess energy that causes difficulties to the appropriate organic system, guided by this biological clock, you can tell exactly where the problem is!
