The Breuss Cancer Cure is a strict diet consisted of 42-day fasting in combination with certain veggie juices and teas. According to Breuss, the inventor of the cure, cancer thrives in an environment of solid food.
However, as this isn’t entirely backed up by science, this type of fast may be harmful for cancer patients due to the potential risk of general malnutrition.
Who was Breuss?
Rudolph Breuss was born in Austria in 1899 and he worked as an electrician first, whereas later on in his life, he dedicated his life to naturopathy. He died in 1990.
The Breuss Cancer Cure
Breuss successfully treated more than 45000 cancer patients and patients suffering from other untreatable illnesses. The beetroot is the main ingredient of the eating regiment. During the 42 days of the fast, the cancer cells starve out and die, whereas the overall health significantly betters.
Let’s take a look at the recipe for the cure:
- 55% beetroot
- 20% carrots
- 20% celery root
- 3% potatoes
- 2% radishes
Preparation: Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend them well.
Use: Consume the beverage on a daily basis but make sure you don’t exaggerate with its consumption. Drink only as much as your body needs.
The benefits of beetroot
Being rich in antioxidants, vitamins C, B1, B2, and B6, folic and pantothenic acid, minerals like potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus, beetroot is one of the healthiest veggies in the world. Moreover, studies have confirmed that beetroot is highly beneficial in the treatment of leukemia and cancer.
Furthermore, beetroot contains a lot of betaine, an amino acid with anti-cancer properties. Also, it possesses anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and detoxifying properties. Studies have pointed out that betaine damages cells in the growth tissue. Hence, it could be concluded that beetroot is very beneficial cure for all types of cancer. In addition, a study indicated that 100% of cancer patients responded positively to beet-based treatment.
Beetroot is also very good for pregnant women as it has a high level of folic acid which improves the functioning of the gallbladder and liver, thus, prevents constipation. Moreover, it’s highly useful against headaches, toothaches, bone problems, skin issues, and menstrual discomfort.
During the treatment
As written by Breuss, cancer patients must not drink or eat anything other than the juices and teas recommended. Also, all the veggies used must be organic and veggie sediments need to be removed. The maximum ingested amount of juice needs to be 500 ml daily.
Breuss specified that patients should not begin the treatment right after surgery, but after two to five months after it. Thus, he emphasized the importance of fresh air, workout, and no smoking. The patient must also avoid lying above the so-called water veins, or sources of ground radiation, as well as moth powder, aerosol cans, air fresheners and insecticides.
Patients who had completed the treatment should never again consume reheated foods, but were allowed to begin eating light and salt-reduced food gradually. They were also advised to drink 60 ml of the veggie juice daily for 2 to 4 weeks more.
According to Breuss’s claims, since 1950, he treated more than 2000 patients and, since 1986 onward, more than 40000 cancer patients and patients from other untreatable diseases were cured. He firmly believed that if the conventional medicine and the so-called cancer research would’ve agreed with him, instead of being against him, more than millions of people could’ve been cured.
