  • If your urine is dark yellow.

That’s a high alert that you don’t drink enough water and that may result in kidney damage. Of course, the color of the urine can be very different, and depend on many factors, but, you will surely notice a difference in the smell and the color.

  • Your urine output is reduced

Usually, people urinate 6-7 times within a 24-hour period. But, if you urinate less than 6 times a day, be sure that your kidneys are trying hard to retain fluids in order not to dehydrate, and by not drinking water you’re not helping them at all!
