  • Your urine output is reduced

Usually, people urinate 6-7 times within a 24-hour period. But, if you urinate less than 6 times a day, be sure that your kidneys are trying hard to retain fluids in order not to dehydrate, and by not drinking water you’re not helping them at all!

  • Constipation

Although it may seem like a completely different topic, it actually all comes from dehydration. When your body doesn’t get enough fluids, it will try to get them from wherever it can, including the colon.

  • Dry skin

Actually, dry skin may be the first sign that you are dehydrated, so instead of paying high prizes for some cosmetic products in order to moisturize your skin, just drink enough amount of water daily, and your skin will glow!
